Within Luzmo, you can add a map to your dashboard. To create that, you need to have geography data in your dataset. You can use coordinates for this. Let me explain the two possible options to create such a column.
The first option is to simply change the datatype to Coordinates. Convert numeric data to coordinates by clicking the numeric icon left to the column name.
By doing so, a new interface will pop up asking for the latitude and longitude columns, together with the coordinate projection system. Best is to keep ‘wgs84’ selected. When clicking on ‘create’, you will see that a new column has appeared with the latitude and longitude combined.
The second option is to create a derived column and using the Spatial formula. Just add the latitude and longitude to the formula, as well as the project system ‘wgs84’. You’ll see the new column with coordinates immediately.
Now, you can simply add this new coordinates column to the Geography slot of a map object, and the map will visualise your coordinates.
