The dataset details page is opened by clicking on the ‘Edit details’ icon on the Databoard or the “More info” option in the dataset’s three dot menu.

On the left side of the screen you can modify the dataset’s title and below view the columns, their types and number of records of the dataset. Click on a column description to update it, or click the "Create missing descriptions" to use AI to infer column descriptions from the dataset name, column names and types.

On the right side you will first find the different options to open, link, share or delete the dataset.

Underneath, you have the dataset owners, they can give rights to other people to view or use the data. Below, you can add tags for easy search or grouping purposes, and give the dataset a description.

After this you will find information on the creation date of the dataset as well as which languages have been configured on it.

On this page, you can also change the synchronization frequency for web services such as Google Drive & Analytics, or manage query caching and Warp for connected databases and plugins.

Query caching aims to improve performance by keeping results of queries in cache for a given period of time so that if an identical query is necessary for your visualizations it will be provided from there. The Warp feature, explained in the Dataset overview lesson, synchronizes your database with our analytically optimized data storage for better performance.

Data from local uploads and pushed data are automatically cached and the latest uploaded data will always be shown.

Last but not least, when added to a dashboard, you will also see here which dashboards are using data from this dataset.
