You can preview the content and structure of a dataset by clicking on its name.

On top, you see the dataset name, language and display timezone, which you can modify by clicking on them.

At the right side, you can navigate to the details page, make links with other datasets, share your data, add a calculated column or easily enable the Warp feature, which we explained in the Dataset overview lesson, to accelerate your queries.

The histograms underneath each of the column names indicate the distribution of your values and give you a first insight into your data.

The data type of a column is indicated by the little icon left from its name. Luzmo has three main data types. The numeric data type is for information of a measurable form, which can be modified to be currency or duration by clicking on the type icon. The default data type is hierarchy, which is for text values. The third possible data type is datetime for which you can choose the precision to be limited to date.

There are special data types including topography and coordinates which can be used to visualize information on maps.
